Absolutely! We offer seasonal collections to keep you comfortable year-round. Our winter lineup features warm boots and outerwear, while our summer collection includes breathable sandals and lightweight clothing. Our bedding and home accessories are designed for year-round comfort.
How do I choose the right size for footwear?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. We recommend measuring your feet in the evening when they’re at their largest. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for boots and sizing down for sandals. Remember, our 15-day return policy makes it easy to exchange if needed.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Phoenix headquarters, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If your location isn’t serviceable, our customer service team will notify you promptly after you place your order.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
While we carefully estimate delivery times, occasional delays can happen with carriers. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every item as much as we do. If anything isn’t perfectly cozy, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process.
How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Simply initiate a return for the original item following our standard return process, then place a new order for the desired item. For fastest service, we recommend placing your new order immediately rather than waiting for your return to be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
