Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: While we ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please be aware that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on your local customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to love your Cozy Boot purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund/exchange for size/color/product)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Pack items securely in their original packaging if possible
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to: The Cozy Boot Returns, 2608 East Avenue, Phoenix, US 85016
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
What Will Be Refunded?
- The item price will be refunded in full
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original order qualified for free shipping
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Crib Shoes (due to safety regulations for infant products)
- Insoles & Accessories (hygiene reasons)
- Any item that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has removed tags
- Custom or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
