All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Crib Shoes (due to infant safety regulations)
• Insoles & Accessories
• Items showing signs of wear or without original tags
• Custom or personalized items

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized reselling.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. While we check accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you before processing your order.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

5.2 Return Process

2. Wait for our approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

For size/color exchanges:

• We’ll ship your replacement after receiving your return
• Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
• Standard shipping rates apply unless your original order qualified for free shipping

6. Limitation of Liability

The Cozy Boot shall not be liable for:
