Although they are very attractive, I had to return these shoes due to the fact that they were too narrow for my feet. In addition, the soles were much too hard. I require soft, cushiony soles and these shoes clearly were not the answer. It’s always a toss-up with UGG. They look pretty but due to the width of my feet and the fact that I must have a wide toe box, I find that I frequently must return back to UGG any pair that I order. It’s too bad.

Ok so I got these on clearance they were cheap I don’t exactly like the look but for the price I decided to give Ugg footwear a shot outside of their boots and let me tell you if you haven’t yet you’re missing out, I got these and put them on and right away felt like they were gonna hold it down, walked 2 miles to work that morning and worked both jobs (16 hours) and not even a sore toe, heals were fine, I honestly couldn’t believe it, new shoes always hurt your feet a few wears but these were top tier out of the box. Highly recommend to anyone in their feet all day.

I ordered these because I have and LOVE CapTrail Highs in size 15. What I received as a size 15 CapTrail Low was literally more like a size 12 or 13… significantly shorter side by side. I will be returning. I am not sure if this was a labeling or manufacturing error.
