The boots are poorly designed. The collar does not extend around the entire top of the boot, and is lacking where the zipper is located, giving the appearance of being unfinished.
I purchased the boots (2 pair) from Hudson Bay, and obviously didn’t look at the photos very well before the purchase. Unfortunately, the sale is final.

They fit true to size, super cute and warm! I live in Phoenix but our mornings are very cold in the winter, for us AZ peeps. We do early morning work and I can never keep my feet warm, these boots have been a life saver. Don’t think – just buy! They are worth it!
