Purchased this jacket it was too large and really wanted a smaller size. But return time and customer service was absolutely horrible! Took 10 days before they even acknowledge that they received return , even tho I know it was there 5 days earlier. Was suppose to b exchanged but then realized they just returned my $$$

I love this coat. It’s very lite, yet it keeps you so warm. Most of the jackets and coats I have are so heavy and bulky I can’t put the seat belt on with them on.

I love UGG products but this coat looked cheap to me and felt very boxy/oversized. Even my husband hated it on me. I ordered a XS and it swallowed me. (5’6/115lbs).

I love this jacket! It pairs well with my Ugg chestnut over the knee boots it matches perfectly it’s not too heavy and not too light it is just right it runs big tho!..I weigh 166 and I am 5’9 and the small is a tad bit big but looks great with my nimbus Ugg bucket hat and my nimbus Ugg scarf. I’m an Ugg girl at heart.. don’t hesitate to buy you won’t regret it at all!!
